Chapter 3 : A Final Folly

The Host has unleashed widespread mayhem across Okubo, orchestrating a final scheme to expose Police Commissioner Kasumi Ryokiji and her refusal to intervene in Shinjuku. Unknown to the public, Kasumi maintains direct ties to the Kokketsudan, and the Host seeks to manipulate the Ashura into eradicating the group entirely, severing their corrupt police connections. As violence escalated, the Hidora deployed a strike team to contain the chaos. Korean allies were overwhelmed as rival factions collided in brutal crossfire, culminating in a massive battle within the Korean district. Mid-conflict intelligence revealed the Host’s location, allowing Ryu and Emi to break away and successfully eliminate him once and for all. In the aftermath, after an assault on the allied leaders of the Kokketsudan in Okubo and Kamurocho the rest of the strike team was captured and taken hostage by the Kokketsu-dan.
