Market District
One of the major districts of Stormhaven. It is the longest district, as it follows the Laerin Canal over the entire lower section. It is often the most boisterous as smaller shipping vessels dock on the side of the canal to move goods and thousands of people shop there every day.

Most any type of shop can be found here, though certain specialist shops might not be.

The Merchants Collective Association (MCA) makes their home here.
Architecture
Brightly painted wooden and stucco buildings line the stone Laerin Canal. Many smaller canals and bridges are constructed for ease of movement by both land and water, and archways are used as a common "compression and release" tool.
Geography
The District is located alongside the lower portion of the Laerin Canal, from the waterfall to the canal's end at the docks. It is relatively flat, though the hundreds of canals cut into the earth make it hard to traverse quickly when the crowds are thick.
