Forum of King He Ru Konarco III

A large public area built in honor of the late king He Ru III shortly after his death. The forum is a place where ideas on philosophy and spirituality are shared, and is a popular place to visit when going on a pilgrimage to the city thanks to the temples that line the edge of the circular space.

Purpose / Function

A place for people to meet and discuss ideas on the soul and psyche.

Architecture

The area is bricked with light brown stone, expanding radially. The stones are highlighted in areas with bright red stones brought in from Zetia. A bronze statue in the center of the forum depicts King He Ru III holding a copy of the Wavewind Parables in one hand and a book of laws in the other. The statue faces the royal grounds, representing his eternal gaze on the continued health of the nation while his location represents being firmly planted in his spirituality.
