Will Elementals

Regardless of size, will elementals always appear as drifting clouds of sparkling violet dust. Within the haze, arcs of will-energy flash like distant stars, leaping from point to point. They have no fixed shape, their forms ever-shifting and fluid, echoing the formless yet unstoppable nature of will itself.

On the physical plane, will elementals grow as they absorb mana. A will leyline left undisturbed for centuries can produce immense, storm-like elementals that dominate entire regions.   In the divine realm, their growth is unpredictable. Despite limitless sustenance, their size and intelligence differ wildly. Some scholars believe the gods restrict their potential; others argue that will itself evolves them based on the strength of intention and belief in their surroundings.

Will elementals are found in only two realms, never in the metaphysical plane:   Physical Realm Manifest sporadically near will leylines or places saturated with intense psychic or spiritual resonance. They are rare and usually appear in small numbers.   Divine Realm Connected to Maindo God of Will andPriscilla Goddess of Crazy. In their realm, they blaze with divine intent, their essence shaped by celestial purpose.     Their aura shifts with their origin untamed and primal in the physical world, refined and radiant in the divine.

Physical Realm They feed primarily on ambient will mana, though they can absorb other forms of magical energy in smaller amounts. Will attuned crystals are especially potent nourishment, but once consumed, these revert to ordinary leyline stones.   Divine Realm Surrounded by infinite resonance, they draw in divine will essence constantly, their forms strengthened without effort.

Physical Realm Even in their smaller forms, will elementals show remarkable cleverness, bordering on sentience. They move with precision, respond with tactical awareness, and act faster than other elementals. Among their kin, they are often considered the most intelligent.   Divine Realm Greater will elementals possess full sentience. They communicate telepathically, projecting not just words but intent and emotion. However, their telepathy often feels off alien, dissonant, or unsettling to mortals.   Their personalities are proud, curious, and domineering. They collect knowledge as though it were food, delighting in demonstrating what they know. Many act like scholars, yet with the arrogance of one who believes their will outshines all others.

Will elementals perceive the world in two ways:   1. Psychic Echo-Sonar – Their primary sense, sending out waves of psychic energy that return as impressions of their surroundings. This grants a functional awareness of space but lacks fine detail.   2. Borrowed Senses – By touching a living creature, they can temporarily share and borrow its senses, gaining far greater detail. Animals are easily linked to, but monsters and sentient beings resist the intrusion. When successful, however, the elemental can gather vast amounts of sensory data and insight.
