Para-Elemental Planes
The Para-Elemental Planes are the transitional realms that exist where two neighboring Elemental Planes converge. They embody the blending of elemental forces, forming new and distinct environments that are more than the sum of their parts. Unlike the pure and focused nature of the primary Elemental Planes, the Para-Elemental Planes are hybrid domains—often volatile, dynamic, and uniquely inhospitable.
These Para-Elemental Planes represent not balance, but tension—zones where elemental forces do not harmonize easily, but instead generate extreme and often hostile conditions. They are unstable by nature, prone to mutation, and often act as buffer zones or contested regions between the more stable Elemental Planes. Each one presents a unique and dangerous face of elemental fusion.
