Istlund

Istlund is the region so-named by the Galó after having been taught crude Anglish (English) by the people of Orphan Heights upon their early dealings, prior to the ending of those with the Settler's Skirmish, and their general inability to pronounce "East-Land." Istlund is the region eastward of Jalóheim, if the reader could not yet discern that. It is home to the Faldin Clan, though no direct contact with the clan has been had by any aforementioned parties, other than apparent raids on their part against the people of Jalóheim. Travelers out in The Expanse are nevertheless warned to stay clear of any sign of nomadic Galó when sojourning out across either the Southern Plains or even the Northern Steppes, though why anybody would do such a thing is beyond pretty much everybody.
