Ossacian
The people of Ossaco City are an eclectic blend of those from thousands of planets in the Milky Way. This city thrives on its diversity, with media influencers, singers, songwriters, other artists, and young creatives flocking to Ossaco City to enjoy its vibrant social life.
You don't need to live in the city to call yourself an Ossacian. The moment you submerge yourself in the neon lights and toxic blend of perfumes, you are an Ossacian.
History
You guys are actually really weird, has anyone told you that?
The first Ossacians were entirely razhean. The city was built atop three abandoned and collapsed Cloudcutters, perched precariously on concrete and metal platforms.
Original Ossacians lived and worked within the city, a self-sustaining ecosystem. Towering aero-farms fed the entire city, growing millions of tonnes of crops using the latest in aeromagical crop technology.
Over time, once loyal inhabitants would move out of the city in favour of other regions. While Ossaco City was renowned for its self-sustainability, because of this it wasn't able to progress as fast as other locations, driving people out.
The city saw a boom in popularity after several videos showcasing the city went viral on Spacestar, a social media platform on Utopia. Ossaco City transformed from a withering mess to a vibrant oasis of culture and diversity. It is one of the most diverse cities on Razhea Capita, with over three thousand sophontic species calling it home, and even more as tourists.
The term "Ossacian" began used to describe tourists and citizens alike. Thousands visited Ossaco City just for a chance to be called a fellow Ossacian. This title became a symbol of inclusivity, and Ossaco City became a place to visit to be yourself.
Inclusivity
It is so nice to be able to walk down the street at night and not feel a sense of dread, or feel like I'm being watched. You get people looking at you sometimes, but they're always followed by sassy gestures or a "yaaaaaaaasss queen kill it". I love this place. I never want to leave.
To be an Ossacian is to be inclusive. The city has become a symbol of pride and individuality. Razhea Capita as a planet is incredibly diverse, with billions of inhabitants from nearly three thousand planets, but within this city, diversity is so much more prominent.
Many Ossacians note how safe they feel in Ossaco City. Locals work hard to foster a safe environment for people to express themselves the way they wish, without social repercussions. In fact, it is the unsupportive that are shunned in society.

It sounds like a wonderful city. Therefore I don’t understand why the suicide rate has increased over the last years. Why would they want to kill themselves if everyone seems so happy?
Depression can affect anyone, no matter their situation, BUT - I plan on rewriting Ossaco City's article to explain this part of the city's history. A highly potent drug weasels its way into the city around this time, one of its side effects causing severe bouts of depression. There's a lot I want to do with this city and its lore, it's going to become one of the prime locations for storytelling and character writing!
Ohhhh, okay. Thanks for the insight. That explains the rise in latest years. Of course I am aware of depression, I was just curious why there were so many more suicides lately. But this explains it perfectly :)
I look forward to what you do with this!
