House of the Mastermind

The House of the Mastermind is considered the most important, symbolic building on Razhea Capita. It has remained untouched for almost a thousand years - while the rest of the planet is under a constant evolution, reconstruction and revivals, the House of the Mastermind is still largely in its original state.

This monumental building is one of the tallest in the Potenti District. It sits on a massive platform a kilometre wide. It is surrounded by garden and forest, one of the few attempts to bring back natural life into the depths of Razhea Capita's world city. This platform is raised each time the Potenti District undergoes reconstruction, whenever its council has the urge for a complete redesign of this copy-and-paste district; this typically happens every hundred years or so.

Mastermind is one of the truly benevolent artificial intelligence systems. It is seen as the offspring of the minds of every single razhean across the Yonderverse, as data is gathered by these people. The intrinsic razhean urge for exploration and learning has taken them far in the Yonderverse, through countless galaxies. Billions gather data and information, sending it back to Mastermind to be stored.

Many devote their entire lives to supplementing Mastermind with new information. Razheans are inquisitive people, and their kind nature has cultivated thousands of friendships with other powerful civilisations.

As a result, the House of the Mastermind has become the ideal place to sign inter-planetary legislations and treaties. Notably the Greater Oasis Planet Treaty was signed in this building, with officials from 294 planets gathering in the House's sacred halls.
