Ignan

Infernal Ignan stands as, without a doubt, the most influential human kingdom to this day. While Mordencrast and Vilstrung still remain under control of the Huntsman's Court, Ignan remains uniquely separate from the Court's governance and still remains as the last standing monarchy from the three human states. Their people, the Vanks, hold a scholarly culture that scrutinizes the idea of evil. They believe all things evil must be eliminated from the world through cutthroat brutality and that atonement may only be achieved through a torment that rivals Hell itself. True to its name, the country of Ignan is located in the far south and eastern regions of Tregaron, and is mostly known for its climates reaching extreme levels of heat.

Geography

Ignan holds a medley of different biomes due to its massive size. Most of the central country is dominated by dense jungles and steamy swamp lands, while the eastern half of the country is predominantly savannahs and shrublands. The southern shores also holds a desert that stretches across its entire coast.

Climate

All of Ignan is a notoriously hot climate filled with oppressive heat. Central Ignan is also, likewise, incredibly humid, to the point that most consider the section of Ignan inhospitable. This makes it an ideal place for the Dregmire; a hot wetland and swamp that's typically reserved for criminals.
