It looks, at first glance, like a shining market-city poured across green Dothion fields, arcades of striped awnings, coin-bell quays, caravanserai, counting-houses, way-stations, and guild greens—yet by next dawn its streets have drifted and rewoven, aligning to where honest need and fair price are strongest. Here change is not chaos but circulation; wealth that moves grows warmer, safer, and luckier, while hoarded fortune cools in the hand. Dothion’s Reciprocity hums beneath every deal: help a stranger load a cart, and a favorable wind finds your sails by evening  
Customs
Share water and a true name at any market cistern; hospitality and frank speech bind all sides until the next bell. Lies taste of copper and catch in the throat.   Scales and ledgers are public. Anyone may witness a weighing or copy a contract; art is contract here—oaths may be sung, woven, or carved, and within a vow-circle tempers cool and resolve holds.   Disputes test wit, route, or craft, a delivered parcel, a repaired axle, a mapped detour, before coin-penalties. Victory obliges uplift: lesson, tool, or safe-conduct for the loser.   Profit is blessed by circulation. Hoarding in famine, cornering lifesaving goods, or wage-theft draws the realm’s Kindly Audit until restitution is made.   Waystations, ferry-stairs, and lover’s walks are inviolate; spite there dims lamps until amends are offered and accepted.

Hound archons act as roadwardens; trumpet archons serve as fair-weight adjudicators; cervidal and leonal Agathions patrol guest-right; bralani arbiters run courier circuits; lillends preserve song-law and market chants. Unlike the whole of Bytopia, there alot of Azatas here, along with the other celestials.  
Good-hearted Fey of stall and road
Chalk-lantern sprites, counter-dryads, and toll-bridge nixies who guide without gouging and delight in clear contracts freely made.  
Avandra’s Retinue
Coin-wardens with ringed green sashes, Witchings (luck-knot casters) who bless risks taken for others, and Open-Hand Factors who lend blades, boats, or beasts when that makes the road fairer.
