Ogan of Wintervale
Ogan of Wintervale was a warlord in the burgeoning days of The Martellite Empire's formation. He was widely renowned for his strategic mindset, focused on gathering as much information on his enemies as possible before making a move. These traits led Ogan to become one of Martin Eleanor's favored advisors in matters of warfare. In recognition of his efforts and talents, he was granted the Duchy of Corvannia.
Born in the yeoman class, he worked his way up through a mercenary outfit and became their commander. After hearing of Martin's conquest of The Original Duchies, Ogan took his crew to the court of the as of this point self-proclaimed Emperor. Offering their services, Ogan and Martin struck a deal which led to the eventual establishment of the Oganid Dynasty and the duchy of Corvannia itself. Consolidating much of the land he was responsible for gaining in Martin's name, he established the city of Ravenhead as his seat of power.
