The Roosevelt Coterie
Officially known as the Roosevelt University coterie, but internally as the Chicago Clowns. They are a coterie of Camarilla Hounds working for the Sheriff of Chicago.
Starting with a seemingly routine delivery, 1. October 2021, the contents yet unknown. After shaking off an attack by Anarch ghouls intent on capturing their van and its contents. The coterie checks what they were transporting. Turning out to be Modius, the Pauper Prince of Gary. Staked and torpored with a poisoned stake created with powerful Blood Sorcery. Only able to be waken up with the help of then Tremere Regent of Chicago.
After the Sheriff and a representative of the Camarilla court confer with Modius, the Roosevelt coterie performs various tasks as Hounds in the meantime. They are told to get to the bottom of Modius' kidnapping. Checking out Modius' haven, a thin-blood alchemy enterprise, and even infiltrating the Gary Anarchs. During these investigations they find the culprit to be the First Prince of Chicago, Maxwell.
They would eventually learn of Maxwell's final step in his coup of the Chicago Camarilla. By infiltrating his boat-hideout and using drones the coterie tricked the First Prince into believing the Second Inquisition had arrived in Chicago and are on the hunt for vampires. Ending his coup with a meeting between him and Prince Jackson. Where Maxwell proposed a temporary peace-treaty between the Chicago Camarilla and Maxwell and his followers.
In this same meeting Caspian Milos managed to convince Prince Kevin Jackson to announce a Blood Hunt on Abraham DuSable and Olivia Palmer. As the coterie had found ties between Maxwell and the Chicago Chantry, and there were no known Blood Sorcerer in Chicago capable of making the poisoned stake they found piercing Modius' heart aside from Caspian and Abraham. This bloodhunt ended with the coterie successfully bringing Final Death to Abraham DuSable and Olivia Palmer.

Various Exploits
Alongside uncovering Maxwell's plan to take Praxis by a coup, the Roosevelt coterie have also done the following exploits:- Uncovered and dismantled the Red Ice operation. A thin-blood alchemy enterprise creating a methamphetamine-like drug using thin-blood vitae, recreating ghoul-like effects such as gaining disciplines to whichever mortal took the drug.
- They found and covered up the mess an abandoned Lasombra fledgeling made, and found them another Lasombra to be their patron. Letting said fledgeling join the Chicago Camarilla.
- As part of their normal duties cleaning up Masquerade Breaches. They uncovered a brutal murder to be the result of a Caitiff frenzying. They managed to parley for them to be exiled instead of executed; even using their own resources to cover the necessary expenses.
- They apprehended the former Sheriff of Chicago, Balthazar. After several decades of behaviour that had begun to threaten the Masquerade.
- Uncovered the Elder Nosferatu and Scourge Nathaniel Bordruff's association with Maxwell, and plan to take part in his coup; calling it a "crusade against the damned". Beating the experienced fighter in combat as they apprehended him.
- As part of an initiation test when infiltrating the Gary Anarchs. The coterie sent a Hecata Elder Wight to its Final Death and exorcised the wraiths it had bound to haunt its haven (back when it hadn't lost itself to the Wassail).
