Thomas Ewell Balthazar
The Chicago Camarilla's Sheriff during the reign of Prince Lodin. After Kevin Jackson took Praxis, Balthazar was kicked out of the Court and made a pariah. Resulting in him falling into what can only be described as petty banditry, robbing banks, jewelry stores and older kindreds' wealth as a means of sustaining his luxurious lifestyle.

A tall caucasian man, with a chiseled face framed with short slickly combed black hair, and trimmed black goatee. Balthazar gives of the appearance typically associated of a 1800's southern-state plantation owner or confederate general.Personality
