Full-time student with majors in computer engineering and surveillance technology, and part-time bounty hunter.
He's the Roosevelt coterie's surveillance tech and stealth expert.
After a few years of this he applied for a job as a bounty hunter. Good at this kind of job, and the act of stealing from others leaving a bad after-taste in his mouth. He decided to try the other side of the law. To do some good in the world.
On one of his bounty missions he learned vampires existed as his future sire, Lockeheart, tried to feed on him. Exhausted after chasing the same target as Harry was. Harry did however manage to break free and escape. He later tracked down Lockeheart, intent on making him make Harry into a vampire himself, beg if he had to; even as Lockeheart was himself hunting Harry to preserve the Masquerade.
As the two tracked one another down, the old Nosferatu became impressed with the young disfigured boy. He eventually appeared infront of Harry Owens and congratulated him on successfully hunting him down. Then, after Harry made his plea, Lockeheart gave him the Embrace.

The lonely, introverted and unattractive burn victim. As a kid Harry Owens found himself with more freetime than he knew what to do with. Finding he was good at sneaking around and hacking into computers and surveillance systems. He took up a side-gig as a burglar, learning to shoot in the range when he had the time for it.After a few years of this he applied for a job as a bounty hunter.
