Capsule Town
Capsule town was constructed with the express purpose of providing affordable housing for the many students of Apollo, which resulted in the many apartment buildings based on the capsule concept of many small living areas for the maximum number of individual units but at the cost of the square footage.
Magical Culture of the area
Aside from the various student’s miscellaneous studies, there is a strong borough wide talent for spatial magic. Anything to make the small cramped areas more livable. This has had the side effect of various “warp portals” becoming permanent, allowing for instantaneous travel between points. The most well-known are commonly used with nearby signage to their destination, but there is always the chance of finding a new portal that could lead…anywhere.Demographics

Defences
None in particular, but the cramped nature and unusual number of surveillance cameras means someone is probably always watching.
Industry & Trade
Eateries, clubs, scholarly ghost-writing, so many convenience stores.
Infrastructure
Highly urbanized, with the largest amount of people crammed together in the smallest space possible. Capsule Town never sleeps. With so many students up at all hours of the night finishing papers or celebrating the end of finals, a whole industry of late night culture has developed. The best slice of pie is served out of a hole in the wall (literally), while clubs pulse with the freshest beats, and the nearby convenience store has everything you could want at all hours.
Guilds and Factions
The Supes
A volunteer group of plumbers, electricians, and handymen who maintain and fix the many, many capsules for a nominal fee. They teach the students what they’re doing while they’re repairing to pass along their knowledge. Many former students later return once they graduate to volunteer.Capsule Watch
Although crime in the area can be high, the residents have banded together to create a monitoring site on the net called Capsule Watch, piecing together the unusual amount of security camera footage to catch crooks in the act.Jumpers
A group of daredevils and scholars who map the new warp portals as they appear.Points of interest
Frank’s
A hole in the wall pizza shop that the borough universally adores. Open daily from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m. Almost always has a line out the door, with a network of bicycle delivery drivers constantly ferrying fresh pies to the capsules.Independent Bar
I-Bar to the locals, this club has been continuously operated since the founding of the borough. Known for drink specials and the music. The Mini Mart
Part bodega, part restaurant, the original Mini Mart sits at the center of Capsule Town. Run by an elderly troll just known as Mama, the Mini Mart has the best breakfast sandwiches and an assortment of every good a college student might need. Several cats are also in residence, taking shifts lifting the spirits of the zombie-like grad students as they get their morning coffee and bacon-egg-and-cheese.
