Early Spacefaring Age
Saturn was the first planet to take to the heavens. After discovering life on their moon, they wanted to find ways to send stuff to eachother. Sending from the moon to the planet was easier, but the opposite required significant effort. Knowing that someone was excitedly waiting on the other side was motivating.
Once Saturn was able to visit their own moons, they set their sights on the walking stars (planets). They travelled and visited the others, and soon the other planets also took off towards space.
The early spacefaring era is the period of time where different planets are encountering eachother for the first time. The early spacefaring era is considered to end when Jupiter is able to send their own ships into space.
Some would say the late spacefaring age continues to this day as deep space above and below the planetary disc remains unexplored. Most people agree it ended with the end of the Imperial era, and the creation of the Outerreach. Others say it ended with the crystal revolution.
The Spacefaring eras overlap with the other eras, and are a seperate timeline. The Imperial era begins sometime during the early spacefaring era and ends during the late spacefaring.
