Located in the outer ring of New Avalon, this is a plot of land bought out by the Ironanvil Organisation to build a large amount of factories.

Very little security, but fairly low crime rate, as all goods are immediately exported to be sold.

The construction of automobiles, train parts, steel fenders, firearms, canned goods and all things metal except weapons and armour.
Infrastructure
Factories, strong foundations, large chimneys, large innner building, poor ventilation. Inside there is conveyer belts, raw materials to work together, and great furnaces.

The Hearthfire Guild has a foot in importing the goods.
A lot of the Goblin Gangs have little entries in, and an agreement for payment with the workers.

Non existent. Nobody comes to look at factories, and there are no residential buildings. But plenty come for cheap and easy labor, and many more come for jobs.

Factories that are sleek and efficient, usually around 2 stories tall with 3-4 chimneys sticking out the top.

One factory is linked to a coal mine in the bowels of the earth, to save on travelling expenses.
