Kuzrun Family
A hobgoblin crime family specialising in the theft and reselling of fine arts. Led by Emperor Nordug Kuzrun.
Structure
At the top of the family is the Emperor or Empress, assigned at birth as the eldest child of the previous ruler.
The Emperor has control over his subordinates, the Lords, his family, have control over their own groups.
Each Lord has a Guardian, commonly they use an old draconic word Shinobi to express this. A highly skilled and specialised bodyguard bound by oath to serve until death.
The Lords usually have their own subordinates, commonly part of the Orc Gangsters.

They have an appreciation for the past, often lugging around decorative armour, and always staling fine arts and selling them in underground bids. They aren't exactly opposed to gold though.
Every future Emperor has this drilled into them at a young age, that they are superior and the arts are their's. So it is unlikely for these delusions to be broken.
