The current ruler of Cesarica. She inherited the throne from her father, who was very military-focused and intent on continuing Cesarica's rule of the majority of the continent. A very careful and diplomatic ruler, she has been able to keep a remarkable peace across the empire despite the contention with Osir to the north and in other countries bordering Cesarica.
Her rule lasted 69nice years. Having no natural children of her own and naming no heir before her death, a struggle for succession ensued after her death. This, coupled with the outbreak of war with Osir and rebellion in Mercavene following the Cataclysm caused significant disruptions in the stability of the Cesarican Empire.
