Era beginning/end

The Clan deployed a Dokuken and a Yoshimura strike team into the streets of Okubo, where the Gangbusters and Keihin had already been pushed back by a new threat, the Ashura, a disciplined group of professional martial artists. In their first clash, the Ashura overwhelmed the strike team and abducted them. Though the team managed to free themselves and attempt an escape, they were quickly cornered. During the ensuing fight, Kuma broke away and discovered a car bomb, which he hurled back into the fray, critically injuring Reiji and wounding Onishi. As police arrived, the Ashura retreated, improving the Clan’s standing with authorities.
