Keihin Jukugo (ジュクゴ コガイシャ Ju-ku-go Ko-gai-sha)

Founded and led by Kenta Kasai, the Jukugo is the smallest subsidiary of the Keihin Gang, established to maintain street-level control and assert a rebellious presence in former Bike-Gang territory. The group’s members, often sporting athletic wear, embrace autonomy and a flexible operational style, making them particularly effective in localized operations. While outwardly thuggish, the Jukugo comprises individuals with diverse backgrounds and motivations, creating unexpected versatility within the group.    Their activities range from typical street enforcement to the distribution of party drugs, reflecting a multifaceted approach. Strategically, the Jukugo serves as both the gang’s frontline presence and a testing ground for unconventional operations and alliances.

Core Functions

Street Cred - Street-level enforcement and territorial control, establishing the Keihin Gang’s visibility and influence in former Bike-Gang zones.   Drug Spread - Distribution of party drugs, providing a supplementary revenue stream and demonstrating operational flexibility.   Gang Love - Relationship-building with external groups, notably maintaining ties with the Gangbusters, fostering unconventional alliances that can benefit the parent faction.   Publicity - Reinforcing the gang’s rebellious image and maintaining a subculture that encourages individuality, adaptability, and engagement with diverse populations.

Relationship with the Keihin Gang

The Jukugo operates under the authority of the Keihin Gang but maintains a high degree of autonomy due to its small size and street-level focus. Leadership is concentrated in Kenta Kasai and a small cadre of officers, while the bulk of the subsidiary comprises goons who execute directives and manage day-to-day operations.    Advancement within the Jukugo is unique, determined by contributions of high-value goods such as athletic wear and accessories, reflecting both the faction’s culture and its integration with broader gang economics. Despite its size, the Jukugo holds a respected position within the Keihin Gang as the group responsible for visible influence, experimentation in unconventional operations, and maintaining front-line territorial control.

Facilities

The Jukugo operates primarily from former Bike-Gang territories, using abandoned or repurposed urban spaces as headquarters and meeting areas. These spaces serve both administrative and operational purposes, including planning street operations, storing goods, and hosting informal gatherings. Security is minimal but sufficient for their scale, relying on mobility, local knowledge, and the physical presence of members rather than extensive infrastructure.

Role in Parent Operations

The Jukugo contributes directly to the Keihin Gang’s strategic objectives by asserting physical and symbolic presence in critical street territories. Their operations support the parent organization’s visibility, recruit potential members, and maintain informal intelligence networks through interaction with local communities.    Indirectly, the subsidiary enhances the gang’s reputation for flexibility and rebelliousness, reinforcing the broader Keihin Gang culture. Over time, the Jukugo’s evolving activities, such as drug distribution and cross-group alliances, demonstrate their adaptability and potential for broader integration into Keihin Gang operations when required.
