Sovereign Raynaud Andromeda

Sovereign Raynaud Andromeda is human male royalty, and the younger brother of Sovereign Philomena Andromeda. He sends at about 5’11” with a slight hunch, and has white hair parted to the left with a receded hairline. He comes from a long line of rulers who have been ruling Cardona for the last three centuries At 72 years old, he took the mantle of Sovereign and leader of the city of Cardona when his older sister was critically injured during the Night of Emerald Ashes. He had invited the party to the city to discuss matters of trade and strengthening each other’s political power. Upon the group’s arrival at Cardona, he assigned them a liaison in Lord Escobar to ensure the party had the best possible experience while in his city.   That first night he hosted a banquet at his home, El Palacio de Solymar, in honor of his guests. The following night he hosted another banquet for the party which he was called away from. However, he managed to iron out trade, stating that he would immediately send 5 trade vessels a week. The Sovereign then promised to open tourism to the Amethyst Isle once the war was over. Finally, he agreed to implement a non-aggression pact should war break out. In return, Fannti had agreed to trade gems that Lord Claremont and the Drow were mining. Sovereign Raynaud had agreed, but ultimately all he asked for was the party’s unwavering support of him and his rule, which the party ultimately agreed to.   There was an incident in which during the first night’s performer, a well-known entertainer, Serafin Quell, was immediately ushered away from the palace because Lord Escobar claimed that he was overserved. Sovereign Raynaud didn’t seem to notice.   Throughout his political career, Sovereign Raynaud is known for his sense of patriotism, and his unwavering love for the city. He had proposed some farfetched – outlandish ideas saying that the Colossus can be restored and controlled for the good of Cardona. Those ideas have been cast aside by Sovereign Philomena Andromeda and a majority of the members of Cardona’s Council.
