-Sovereign Philomena Andromeda is a female human and leader of the City of Cardona. She comes from a long line of rulers who have been ruling Cardona for the last three centuries. Her younger brother, Raynaud, is the only remaining family member aside from her estranged daughter. The Sovereign stands about 5’6” with long white hair. She was in Greenstone during the Night of Emerald Ashes and as a result was critically injured during one of the many explosions. She was able to be retrieved and was sent back to Cardona where she has been receiving treatment. However, curiously since her return, none of the population has seen her, except for the regular updates received from the Palace.
The party has never formally met even at the Summit of Nations. Although Rhorn and Fannti has noted that she was one of the few leaders that did not vote for either the Amethyst Isle or the United Goliath Tribe.
Throughout her 47-year political career, Sovereign Philomena is known for her pacifist tendencies. Also, she is a traditionalist maintaining the culture and customs of Cardona. One way this is exhibited is through her renovation of Andromeda Plaza as well as El Palacio de Solymar. Sovereign Philomena is responsible for continuing La Carnivale de Cardona despite some uncertainty due to the upcoming end of the Brisbanium and the possibility of war.
