Origins

Justlight created Strection along with Winter, the twins of Astnyr. Strection then founded Ironhammer and created the Dwarves in the forest mountains to the west.  

The Founding of Ironhammer

Strection built the city of the forest mountains with Beight's assistance, making an empire for crafters and paladins alike. Along with this, Strection created the Dwarves to inhabit Ironhammer and the rest of Astnyr. Crafters of every kind called the city their home, even those of other races. After collaborating for some years, they founded the Crafters' Guild. This created more opportunities for crafters to learn and retail their creations. Even with some problems down the road, the guild remained strong.   Ironhammer prospered for centuries, mining materials and home to Crafters. Thanks to Nave's advice, Strection could embrace nature, even as he was harvesting from it. He proposed to Nave with marriage, with her accepting. This was a momentous time with Ironhammer joining with Magick Glades.  

Joining the Paladin Oath

Justlight saw Strection's power of strength and wanted him to join the Paladin Oath. Strection agreed to this and sent some of his Dwarves to train under Justlight, bringing the first dwarven paladin to the region. The Justice Paladins covered more ground thanks to this addition, but many Elves were leaning towards the power of the light with each passing year. Eventually, Elven Justice Paladins either died or retired, and there were only Dwarven Justice Paladins left.  

Strection's Tyranny

Once Sonance brought the news of her vision to the other rulers, Strection fully believed her. However, his sibling Winter described how the chosen of Lunarius could help them. This was only possible if they could convince the chosen of Lunarius's true origins. The others agreed, with Strection stubborn in his stance. Knowler decreed killing the chosen will only be the last resort, following Winter's wisdom. This made Strection cautious of his fellow Angels, even his wife.     The rulers hid this from the people of Astnyr, which enraged Strection. The people should have known what was to come, he thought. However, Winter advised that this would bring unnecessary panic while they were still searching for Morana. Going against this decree, Strection told the Dwarves within Ironhammer of the vision and the rulers willingness to let this happen. The dwarves told every Justice Paladin of this as well, deciding to leave Justlight's guidance. With the full power of the Justice Paladins with him, Strection began preventive procedures.   They built a great wall around Ironhammer, barring anyone from getting in or out. The city responded with deadly retaliation to anyone who came close. Nave attempted to stop him, but they denied her requests. Strection was the tyrant of Astnyr, willing to do what was necessary to prevent having another Great War.  

Perks and Flaws

Strection was good at protecting those he loved, with a force of strength no one ever saw. However, he had very little emotional maturity, especially when one insulted his family or did not align with his goals. However, when that family didn't follow his ideals, Strection turned on them too. He was willing to ban Sonance from leaving her village in the name of safety. He became enraged easily and led him to becoming a tyrant of the people.  

Animal Form

Strection could transform into the mighty gryphon. This was the symbol of his strength and passion for protection. He ran to those who needed him in dire times. An example of this was the Great War and the first invasion of Magick Glades. However, in present time he used this form to rule those under him. He either killed those trespassing on Ironhammer's land, or he instilled fear in his citizens with mighty roars. Strection was not who he once was, even in gryphon form.
