King Finn Sigurdson is the current ruler of Wescovia, a snow-veiled kingdom nestled in the northern reaches of Iroth. Born on 4th Winter's Heart, 1643, Finn ascended the throne at just 27 years old after the unexpected death of his father, King Agnar the Resolute. Though young by royal standards, Finn quickly proved himself a capable and compassionate leader, balancing the harsh realities of Wescovia’s icy terrain with the needs of his diverse subjects—including humans, goliaths, orcs, and silver dragonborn. Known for his measured wisdom and deep respect for Wescovian tradition, he is beloved by most of his people, particularly for his commitment to maintaining peace with neighboring realms in a time when tensions simmer across the continent.
King Finn is advised by the Council of Regents, whose guidance fostered growth of Wescovia’s arcane traditions, especially through the Mage’s College, one of the few remaining sanctuaries of high magic, built atop a powerful ley line. While the king is wary of the growing instability in Aethel and Imenia, he maintains Wescovia’s policy of neutrality, though recent political currents may yet force his hand.
