The Prince of Demons
Asmodeus was a primal embodiment of intrigue and desire. Known as the "Prince of Demons" and the "King of Silver Toungues", Asmodeus has placed himself within the Demon Lord hierarchy in a rather odd position, despite his achievements. The "Prince of Demons" is no frivolous moniker, Asmodeus once was the Demon King himself, but after being bested in battle by Tiamat, he conceded and assumed the position of Demon Lord of Vanest. Asmodeus not only has been the Demon King, but Asmodeus also tempted the Rakshasha Ilbis to murder his own father in cold blood, and take over the then A sharia and turn it into the now rotting and icy cold Yaksahgana. Many also say that it was he, who stole away the Dawnfathers Son of Dawn, Lucifer by simple discussion.
History
Unlike anyone else in the Gehenna the Seven Circles of Hell, Asmodeus is very calm. He of course, like any other demon, has a sadistic and manipulative side and he spices that up with a big sense of humor. His calmness stems from his origins, Asmodeus is not any regular demon. Asmodeus was the original Demon King, picked by the Astral Titans to rule over the Seven Hells and bring a sense of morality to the place that had lost it. Evil untamed can become extremely dangerous and that is why many centuries ago, the Astral Titans decided that the being Asmodeus shall be the straight and narrow of the demon kin. Asmodeus ruled for many years and set in order the Demon Hierarchy that rules the Seven Hells today. The very foundations, rules and even the circles themselves were mostly, if not entirely, created by Asmodeus. Asmodeus was seen by Demon Kin as a good regent of the Hells. It was only after the Draconic Scourge, where Tiamat the Scaled Leviathan bested Bahamut the Platinum Behemoth and was condemned to the Hells by the gods of Himmia, that Asmodeus was challenged for his throne. Many demons, dragons, devils and fiends all waited for these two titanic forces of destruction to clash. An arena was setup, and a crowd was formed. The fight started and people were amazed at the skills and ingenuity that these two fighters brought, however shortly after getting into the fight, it stopped. Asmodeus conceded. No one has ever heard why this happened and Tiamat has never been obliged to tell anyone. Asmodeus stepped down as Demon King and assumed the position of Demon Lord of Vanest. Now a days, Asmodeus uses Vanest as a testing ground for social experiments and what one only can assume to be plotting. This plotting is most likely related to the fact, that is common knowledge that Asmodeus wants to rule the cosmos. Under his watch, he believes, the universe would take on a pristine, perfect state, with every living creature assigned a place in the infernal hierarchy. Wars would end, and every creature would have a purpose to fulfill. The universe would be a utopia, at least as Asmodeus views such a thing.
Depiction
Asmodeus' look is that of a slim, charismatic, grey-skinned Tiefling with horns on his head and glowing black shiny eyes. Overall, he had charismatic and beautiful looks that captivated people. He always had a perfectly trimmed beard and wore very expensive red and black clothing, which were valuable enough to cover the annual national spending of any nation. However, underneath these expensive garments, the body was wracked with bleeding injuries. While he was in pain, he managed to give the impression of someone unconcerned with the pain the injuries caused him.

Asmodeus being a primal embodiment of intrigue and desire and the "Prince of Demons", use to have a diversefied worship that included many different aspects, over after his loss to Tiamat, Asmodeus' divine domains has been simplified to being lust. Whatever internal desire for someone or something else lies within you, Asmodeus knows it. He brings out what one hides in the deepest corners of one self, and specefically what many has classified as the primitive and instinctive component of personality. Asmodeus lives and thrives in toying and using the part of the unconscious that contains all the urges and impulses, including what is called the libido, a kind of generalized sexual energy that is used for everything from survival instincts to appreciation of art. Amongst humans he activates and more than anything he rewards those that live following only that part of the brain.
