Chessenta

Chessenta is the largest city in southern E'ath and is populated by lizardfolk, the most succesful race created on the Blackmist peaks. While no one knows why they refuse to move away from the corrupting domain of Li'gnax they do seem to have successfully created a small area free of the corruption.   Due to the inhospitable nature of the area only the strongest are able to survive here. As such they usually throw out anyone who proves to be too weak or becomes unable to defend themselves against the endless hordes of undead that constantly descends from the mountains. Weirdly enough that has also caused them to ally with very weird creatures that get accepted as long as they can be part of the tribe and fight for themselves.   Whenever travelers find themselves arriving the city they are often tested for their tolerance to poison and possibly deemed unworthy and denied access if the lizardfolk are not happy with the result. This in turn has caused trade with the city to very nearly die out and as such not much is known about their current situation.
