High Magus
Especially skilled arcane casters, teaching and researching at The Academy of Magic.
Qualifications
There are no formal specifications of the qualifications one need to have to become a High Magus. However, it is rare that a person that has not undergone their own training at the Academy is chosen. A person simply has to be especially gifted at their school of magic, and has shown at least some ability to be able to pass on that knowledge.
Requirements
The only requirement needed to be assigned the title of High Magus is that one is chosen to teach at The Academy of Magic.
Duties
Benefits
As a High Magus, you are given all the necessary tools and funding to do your research within the school. Because of this, High Magus is a very saught after position. Besides the funding, as High Magus you are also given your own quarters within The Carved Palace that you can decorate as you see fit and are allowed to use it as your official residence.
