Rakama

Rakama is one the smallest of the main islands that make up the archipelago of the Serpent Isles. The population is approximately 2000 with the largest community being Rakama Town.  

Geography

Rakama is approximately 65 square miles in area with about a quarter of the surface consisting of a suspected extinct volcano, Mt. Ikeda.

Climate

The island's climate is classified as tropical savanna, with distinct wet and dry seasons of relatively equal length.
