General Summary
The party begins their search for the second part of the ancient tablet.

After returning the first part of the stone tablet, which is supposed to contain the location of the Hammer of Thromneal, to Lord Garrim Ingmar, the party was offered a new quest. Lord Ingmar tasked them with travelling to the city of Oxpond and locating the second part of the tablet. They only had five days to locate the artifact as he wanted it found before a meeting between him and Lord Rurik Reinhild was to take place.
The party accepted and promptly left Brittlefel and journeyed to Oxpond. On the way they were accosted by an odd group of brigands, but they managed to talk their way out without a fight and finished their journey without further issues. When they arrived they helped a local merchant fix the broken axle on his cart and in return he provided them with information about the local taverns, inns and other meeting places. Immediately they split up, with Lannsverg heading into the Golden Fool Tavern to ask the local criminal underbelly about the latest gossip, Zaradis prancing off to the Mead Meadow Inn to secure some trade deals, Maple flying to the the Gods' Garden park to meet some squirrels and Melvin going to the local Temple of Hlaal to look through its library.
The party later reconvened in the Mead Meadow, pooling their information and deciding their next step. They found out that the Runesmiths, namely a fellow named Thorkild Lutgerd, had also been asking about the stone tablet. They also found a piece of parchment which might help them translate the stone or anything else written in Ancient Dwarvish. In the meantime Zaradis had scheduled a meeting with Bobby O'Connel, a local merchant who supplies taverns with food and drink, the next morning. Melvin located a familiar face in the tavern, Angelica, the paladin woman who he had spent the evening of the banquet in Loughdorn speaking with.
They decided to head over to the Runesmiths the next morning and speak to this Thorkild, while Zaradis attended his meeting where he signed a new contract with Bobby and received news of war in the Feywild from his associates. The rest of the party spoke to the Runesmith, introducing themselves as archeologists searching for the Hammer of Thromneal for their museum. After some initial suspicion Thorkild seemed to have dropped his guard and they decided to reconvene the next day and search for information about the tablet together. Zaradis visited Angelica at Kuyutha's Hall and asked her to assist them, which she agreed to.
They decided to spend the evening carousing with Angelica at the local Winemar Inn, so that's where they went, beginning their drinking and revelry before continuing their search for the tablet the next morning.
