Human

Humanity is one of the most basic sentient species. Only living for about 100 years maximum, their main feature is their ability to reproduce with most other sentient species, and their relatively fast gestation time.   Humans originated in Therros alongside Elves and Dwarves. For most of history, humans were repressed, being enslaved laborers for their Elvish masters, whose lengthy lives could span tens of generations of human workers.   Around 500 to 400 BC, Elvish governments began to recognize the rights of their human workers. Humans began to expand, traveling freely across Therros, to Elos and even Arcadia.   Arcadia seemed to be the perfect home for humans, the vast open plains allowing generations of humans to set up villages, hamlets and even cities. Human populations began to increase at an alarming rate around 200 BC, exponentially increasing until humanity became the dominant species in two of the four main continents. The rapid reproduction of humans had several side effects, including the Arcadian Dragon Exodus.
