After a brief stint with the Sky Cracks heroes, Kenneth retreated into a cave off the road between the Dragon's Rapids and Dragon's Run. He leaves the cave whenever he spots travelers along the road, and does a combination of smooth-talking and highway robbery to procure any tomatoes they may have on them.
