Cesil The Wizard (a.k.a. Wizard)
A wizard originally in line with Certus Amphibole. He was captured by the Relay party, notably by Prometheus.
He accompanied and assisted the Relay party in exchange for them not killing him.
He was killed on the Wohlhabend Express by Bharesh Skullmont, who saw him as a traitor to Amphibole’s cause.
