Guild Center of Trade and Commerce
Any business that wishes to become official in Dianmallo must first apply at the Guild Center of Trade and Commerce. It is officially owned by the Crown, but managed by Guild Master Serrin Bularn.
Run by the Honest Scale Merchant Guild, it is difficult to get into the Guild without some prior connection to them. Businesses that do not comply with the Honest Scale Merchant Guild will often receive a rather harsh meeting by the Refiners, or the business may give a tip to the Bone-Breakers that there are some shady tax evasion practices occuring in this establishment.
