Refiners
The Refiners are the guard for the Markets of Marvels. Called such because they "refine the street like fire to gold", the Refiners take pride in the safety of the market as a whole. Generally speaking, the Refiners do an excellent job at maintaining peace in the Markets. However, their interests are only focused on the market. If there are squabbles outside that do not threaten the financial well-being of the general marketplace, then they are less than inclined to assist in any meaningful way.
The leader of the Refiners is a Drow that goes by the name V. V oversees the district from nearby the bank in case there are any attempts to bring ruin to the heart of the financial district.
