Nod Noch Nine
the Fallen gods of Old
The Nod Noch Nine,' the Council of Man', or most often simply 'the Nine', where a group of Aggel who, according to religious text, claimed themselves to be gods. Desiring the pleasures of the material world these nine and others fellow aggels, who became the Aggoles, take over the Nod Noch culture of prehistory. There, they took over the Council of Man. As their power spread, they ended up trying to dominate or destroy all that would not submit to their influence. This led to the Aggelomachy and their ultimate defeat and banishment into prisons within Kur.
In their dark prison Tyre organized what theologians would call the Nod Noch Nine. A coalition of some of the strongest aggoles whose goal was to return to the mortal realm. They lost much of this power in their fall and imprisonment. Kur seems to drain them as if they were batteries of energy powering the reality itself. They believe their godhood can return if they return to Aldern. This drive pushes these weakened, but still extremely powerful beings, into their alliance, despite many of them hating each other. Should they return in their physical form it could spell the end times for all on Aldern.
