Dreamcatchers

The Dreamcatchers are the de facto military of Qarah's Dream, albeit, in practice, they are more or less city guards. They enjoy a certain amount of respect within the population, for most recognise their role in keeping the peace in an often chaotic environment. Every Dreamcatcher wears a surcoat (sometimes just a sash) of a specific color, denoting the district that they are assigned to. For example, Dreamcatchers assigned to the Commerce District wear one that is vibrant purple, while those from the Entertainment District use a red one. A Dreamcatcher is rarely assigned to a single District for the entirety of their service, and can even request to be switched to a different one. The colors are as follows:
