  The League of Rascals is one of the numerous leagues found within the Avsovos Company of Adventurers, known for their association with stealth, espionage, and sanctioned crime-adjacent activity.

Exceptional Exceptions

Though bylaws and regulations across all Leagues throughout Avsovos vary wildly, there tends to be one common link: Mandated by the company at the head of it all, criminal activity is one of the few behaviors barred from all Leagues, should they wish to remain in good standing within Avsovos. Not even this rule, however, was safe from this little exception.

Band for Contraband

Before the Rascals came together to form a team, they were a band of street urchins, crawling cities and their markets for anything worth selling. Goods, treats, information, none of it was safe from their crusty little creature hands. There was truly nothing they couldn't get their hands on, as long as they worked together.   The unfortunate thing about their impeccable skillset, however, was that it was rather illegal, and folks began to take notice. Just as justice threatened to strike on the heads of these troubled youngsters, a kinder hand was extended by a traveling adventurer with a bright idea.

The cat rescued by the League of Rascals' founding party was known by the name Novetito in Vasareno's grand library, and both its staff and patrons were delighted to see his return.   Because of their heroic deed, every member of the League of Rascals is assigned a Vasareno premier library card along with their League Ribbon.

From the Gutters to the Guildhalls

With a little bit of organizing, poking, prodding, and a few suave haircuts, the adventurer found himself the perfect adventuring party for the biggest heist of the century — but they made sure to scrub the word "heist" from the record whenever an authority of any merit tried to ask about it. He could see it in the way these little rascals' fingers twitched at the sound of gold that they were itching for an outlet for their grabby hands, and he gave it to them by bringing them to the Court of the Necro-brarian.

Checking Out the Library

The objective was simple: The evil keeper of the Court had some of the books the city desperately needed back.. They were to retrieve these books before the Necro-brarian worked their dark magicks on the books, causing them to be lost to time. They'd be heroes!   Well, not only did they get the books back without being caught, they also snagged half of a stolen library, two vases to be returned to Shidena's historic city center, several dozen rare herbs fit for curing a local outbreak, and one poor library cat that went missing months prior.

Grungy Heroes

Heroes, indeed, they were! They were equally delighted to find that all of their mischief went without scorn or scrutiny for the first time — they wanted to know how they could keep it that way for good.

Sorting the Papers

Their new adventurer friend was happy to introduce them to Avsovos and the concept of Leagues — he was part of one already, but he let them know that it was always possible to start a new one. They had the numbers for it! All they needed to do was file a bit of paperwork.   It all went without a hitch, until they stopped to read the Avsovos company bylaws, and managed to sneak in one little alteration before submitting the paperwork. No one actually noticed it before it got officially filed, so it stayed on the books.

Members of Avsovos and its associated leagues must observe the following guidelines:

Kaos and Karma applying for a position. We are masters of distractions, cute little adorable ferret faces. We are also acrobats, capable of great leaps and squeezing through impossible spaces. We also have a great knack for.....liberating trinkets, objects, random treasures, socks and footwear. Can we haz job?   I adore them. This is a fantastic addition Line
