2. All sails to Dushen

by Lyaria Apollin

My dear father,

It's the beginning of January, and we just left Alomir. I'm both happy and sad. There was a huge celebration to honor us. It made me cry and I couldn't help to hug Endi'e and Lomis. I will miss their strong spirits. I have learned so much in this adventure but there is another one that awaits us.

Unfortunately, the weather slowed us down. But I saw snow the first time this year. The perfect opportunity for a little fun. I saw Myiun smile for the first time in so long. I wish she would have got the chance to a happier time with us.

Our journey, first took us to Tova. We stopped at Lem-Nedim temple to express our gratitude for their help during the war. They're one of the nicest people i have met, and if i might say, humans are not always nice. They offered us shelter and let us meditate near a very beautiful waterfall. I think this journey will help me a lot to progress.

After a few days of travel, we stopped in Tibol port. I hope to never step here again. No matter where I go I feel endangered. I tried to not buy anything from here and I avoided to walk around the town too much. The night before we left, there was a fire festival. Miyun and Nerissa accompanied me to see the fire show . It was something special to see but I avoided staying for too long. You never know who you meet. Don't be mad but I got in a fight with some warlocks. They were coming after Nerissa so I tried to protect her. I am perfectly safe and so is the rest of the party. I managed to beat those ugly warlocks.

We finally sailed away to a very weird tower, it had no windows at all. There was nothing much to see and the priests there were very busy so we left not too long after .

A day later, we went to Opres. We heard that there is an oracle there. I came to realize that I do not like premonitions. There is no magic that can tell me what is going to happen. However, there is something that disturbs my sleep sometimes. But it's a minor detail you should not worry about. Please promise me to take care of yourself and of the others. And keep always a watch on our trees.

Not long after, we finally arrived in a place of my taste. The Monument of life is such a wonder. Everything that surrounds it is so pure. I am stunned by its beauty. It seemed familiar, I felt this feeling when was to Enneth. When you get there, you hear the nostalgic elves echoes chanting nostalgic donias. I was the only one to hear them so I found it a bit strange. Maybe I can find out more from the book the these humans have from the elves. They don't know elvish so they didn't finish it yet. Hundreds of years of work and still not done.

While staying there , we got a new quest. I had to gather some information for the party to use. I could have not done it without Miyun and Talion. As little as she is, Miyun is always a wonder. She grows faster than we thought but i still look at her as a child. It's been such a long time since she's been with us. It's like having a younger sister.

But rest assured father, I still love you the most and I miss you everyday when we are apart. Till we meet again.

Your lovley daughter,
Lyaria
