This will be brief because we're en route into the belly of something terrible, and I don't expect to have much time to ourselves. Seksgar and Fern were spat back to us (but into the water) by the forest in the middle of fighting off some weird, flappy, sort-of manta ray creatures. Seksgar... destroyed them impressively.

I asked Roscoe more about what he had found. Blackthorne looked over the dagger and found it had some kind of toxic substance in the pommel. The scroll case had a symbol of Fury on it and was sealed tightly. I saw a definite spot on the opening mechanism that would require a thumb print in blood. I made the mistake of informing him of this, and the motherfucker cut me to open the godsdamn thing. Importantly, though, we learned a lot from its contents:

It's a map, underground, to this location from the nearby wizarding school (the same one Tara came from and one of Taika's oldest temples and places of education
There is blood on the back, and also an apparent tally of women and men, like a fucked up ledger the cultists were keeping;
The document seems like it might be from shortly after Taika's injury in 3200 P.A.
I heard them talking about there being nearly two dozen names legible on the back⁠—when I have a second to breathe, I need to follow up on this.

Something seems to be protecting us right now⁠—the animals throughout this space have been acting crazy, but they're somehow calmer near us until they leave our vicinity. I don't know which of the fucked up artifacts in our possession is doing it.

Fuck, there are guards up ahead with blatant Fury symbology on them. We're going to make a mess of this.
