Travel to Tower of Galdur

Summary of events:

  • Left Waterdeep via teleportation (ROSE. KISSED. DURAZ.)

  • Went north to talk to the Zhents (mostly for Blackthorne)

  • Arrived at the Tower of Galdur (similar to Blackstaff Tower, but purple) and met Halete

  • Stuck for 3 days in the tower due to magical storms (the worst one, by far, was the necromantic energy storm). I already know this region is unpredictable due to wild magic and I used to avoid it when my patrols in the forest took me close. Walking through it seems like it is going to be a dangerous journey.


    • Halete:
  • Eyes glow bright purple

  • Very balanced and flexible

  • Chosen of Taika?

  • Seems exceedingly patient and was amused by Blackthorne


    • Other things:
  • We mentioned the bleeding-eyed crows and Halete told us those are symbols of Tajna.

  • The Tower of Galdur is a magical school where they "push the limits of what Taika allows." They study the weave and innovate.

  • Halete made an awesome space for us with a custom zone for each member of the party, based on their own memories. (Hilariously, everyone had to go through the snow of Seksgar's.)
