Venusian Glasswear

In venusian high society, being uncomfortable is a small sacrifice for looking beautiful. Glasswear covers anything from shiny pearlescent corsets, to crystalline shoes and tiaras. It emerged in Coruscian, but became popularised around the globe, and is now a symbol of the upmost echelon of society in its entirety.

Glasswear is incredibly delecate and only produced by skilled artisans. A single outfit can cost anywhere between a hundred thousand to a million charms, practically nothing compared to the overall wealth of certain venusians.

Jakson Port, an equitoid from Kuvan in the Galanti Cluster, is one of the most famous fashion designers. He dabbles with unusual textures, fabrics, shapes and colours to produce truly the most uniquely breath-taking outfits. One of his many specialties is venusian glasswear, and he regularly produces outfits for some of the most well-known celebrities on Venus.

Glasswear has become increasingly more common, as coruscians and gekkori have had a significant presence in the modeling and fashion industry around the Milky Way in recent years. Elisa Rhisoma, Champion of the Yonderhythm Song Contest in 2195 (Razhea Capita time), famously wore a pink gold glass corset during her final performance. She dazzled the stage with both her vocals and her outfit, and won herself more than fifty percent of the votes, the highest perfecntage in recent years.
