Deep Space

This article contains secret content, accessed by the fabled Voyagers, Guardians, and Spacekeepers. If you would also like to see this content, please follow this link to my KoFi page and consider supporting!

Beyond the reaches of the farthest galaxies, beyond the Chaos Queen's reign in the Crystal Minefields, even beyond the Edge Of The Yonderverse, is the Deep Space. Nobody dares to venture here, out of fear they would never return. It is often considered the border of the Capital Dimension, although many dismiss its existence entirely.

Deep Space is described as thick, stodgy, and difficult to traverse in. The atmosphere in Deep Space disrupts any and all electrical fields, cutting out power in spacecrafts, meaning explorers must travel completely independently.

Terrors of the Deep

Many wonder what lies in Deep Space. Tales of horrific, rage-filled monsters, swimming through Deep Space haunt the inhabitants of the Yonderverse. Almost nobody has made it into Deep Space and successfully returned after observing the life that may live here. Those that have made it returned with the most horrific cases of Void Insanity anybody had ever witnessed, beyond what people thought was possible.

I was in my spacecraft, and as soon as I approached Deep Space the lights cut out.

My body hung, lifelessly, as I waited for the power to return. The cold was unbearable.

And then I saw it.

Swimming right for me.

Dr. Salaves

Considered one of the most spectacular biological researchers in the Yonderverse, there is no place Dr. Arian Salaves hasn't explored. A supreme being with capabilities beyond most, she can see in seven dimensions, has the power to lift 10 thousand tonnes on one hand, amongst countless other powers.

She has dedicated her life to studying the other life in the Yonderverse, compiling a list of the most dangerous plants, fungi, animals, and others in the book: Salaves' Most Terrifying Creatures In The Yonderverse. This best-seller has over a quintillion copies sold in countless galaxies across Districts 1 and 2, and she is currently working on a second book, compiling a list of more cuddly critters.

Dr. Salaves is the only person to have visited Deep Space several times, and returned unscathed.
