Christmas Eve Command Center for Santa’s Launch
The North Pole Christmas Eve Command Center (NPCECC) is the centralized command station of the Department of Christmas Eve Delivery. It is here from which the North Pole Christmas Eve Command Center Coordinator and staff monitor world-wide weather conditions, mapping the flight, and tracking Santa in case of emergency.
It is often seen as a tower. However, it is actually a building with the tower on top being only a small part of the command center.
The North Pole Christmas Eve Command Center (NPCECC) begins operations early in the year although most staff is out on vacation. The most essential employees stay a bit longer and so take their vacation later but all return after Christmas Season Midway Point.
It is then that things are much busier. The command center only shuts down when Nicholas sets down at the Pole. All elves leave this place in immaculate condition for the next year.
Donald Curtis Quigley is the Director of the Department of Christmas Eve Delivery.
The building hosts many of its’ own divisions. Santa’s Flight Planning and Mapping Division is one. The second one is Santa’s Tracking Division. This one changed post-Return of Magic as it now has magical spheres to track Santa instead of electrical equipment.
North Pole Weather Station Agency also has elves here but they have a weather station which help with this as well. It is defunct as Magic returned, just like North Pole’s Tech Department.
There is another, more secretive division as part of the Department of Christmas Eve Delivery.
This division is currently known only to Santa and Mrs. Claus, Baxter (before he is Santa), the department heads, and the other Guardians. Its’ activities are unknown to the public as even the possibility is considered detrimental to the health and safety of North Pole Life.
It is called Special Mission Unit: Elfin Liberation Flight Squad (ELFS). They are elves who take on the mission of locating “Big Red” if he ever is caught by those who wish harm to Christmas Spirit.

Divisions

CLASSIFIED
There is a team of elves, an elite and secretive Special Mission Unit, that is able to extract Santa from situations which may end up causing harm to the Christmas Spirit.
Most attempts are seen on Christmas Eve. So, this is when they are on the highest of alerts. It’s not so many children questioning the belief but those who wish to use Christmas Magic for evil.
Just don’t ask about OPERATION: Charlie! They hate talking about it! It was over some stupid custody battle or something like that.
Four reindeer and a special sleigh are used on one of their missions. Usually, one of the team members track Santa via the Positioning Globe in one of the buildings in Christmas Town Central District.
The team only gets together when the bell chimes. At this point, they rush to the launch center and fly up in their sleigh. They go straight to the last known location of Santa.
The last division is called Division of Santa’s Launch. Sleigh Loading Elves are the co-department initiative by the Department of Reindeer and Sleigh Operations, Department of Toys and Games, as well as the Department of Christmas Eve Delivery to load the toys in the sleigh.
