Toun
A small village deep in the Djinndarri territory of the Sunrathe Wastes, the population is an offshoot of The Etched, dedicated to the Efreeti Ignazz. They are very secretive, and keep visitors to their village cooped up in a large hotel in the south of town called "Cecil's".

The town is run like a corporation.
Infrastructure
The town provides housing and water, salt, and food to the workers as part of their stipend. They also get discounts on other goods, such as clothing and other luxury items, at the company store.
