Cecil's Hotel
A large hotel in the south of the village of Toun, visitors to the town are kept here, out of the way of The Etched, who roam the rest of the town with Impunity and are quite conspicuous. The Etched are also not known for their patience with non believers; especially followers of Aaryn Zephyrian and, by extension, the Djinni Figniss.
Purpose / Function
This is a mining town, full of people who secretly work at a strip mine nearby to the town. It is full of the things miners want, need, and desire.
