Scar-Spy’s Mark: As an action, the Ember Whisper brands a target with a faint ember rune visible only under magical scrutiny. For the next 24 hours, the cultist always knows the direction and distance to the branded creature. The mark fades if the target is submerged in water for 1 minute or uses a remove curse spell. Dagger of Venom: Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d4 + 4) piercing damage.
Veil of Cinders: As a bonus action, the Ember Whisper can invoke a subtle, smoky illusion that causes their features to blur and flicker. Until the start of their next turn, attacks against them are made with disadvantage, and their voice becomes difficult to identify. Usable 3 times per day.
