His Majesty, Sultan Aaryn Gale Zephyrian
The duly elected Sultan of Free Djinndarra, Aaryn is a small man with a preternatural skill at, and talent for, diplomacy. He is well-read, well-spoken, and interesting, able to hold a conversation on any variety of topics.
Per sacred tradition and divine decree, Aaryn thinks first of his people as a whole when making and decision of state, and he is very good at his job. He is a tireless advocate for humans and elves among the Djinni nobility, measuring a staggering amount of success amongst the notoriously fickle wind-lords.

Special abilities
Aaryn can cast Haste three times per day, as a bonus action, without using a spell slot. He is able to cast Gust of Wind and Levitate at will, and can Fly as a boon from Figniss. His Lightning strikes deal an extra die of damage.

Personal history
Aaryn was devastated by the loss of his beloved father, though being small he had learned to crush his feelings early on in life. Bullied mercilessly while young, Aaryn has gotten his revenge many times over in the way he lives his life; a wealthy nobleman, with no debts, and a penchant for fine wine and surfing.
Education
Aaryn was educated by Figniss' djinni tutors, who sometimes despaired of ever teaching the tiny half-elf anything. To their surprise, however, the "intellectually inferior" creature could pick up even the most esoteric of concepts with just a little extra time, and Aaryn was educated to the highest standard.

He is the Sultan of Free Djinndarra.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Aaryn is one of the most accomplished swordsmen, with a rapier, in the country. He is a dead-eye shot with a crossbow, as well. His greatest achievement, at least, according to him, is his Codexis Legalis, that codifies the justice system throughout the country in order to bring equity to all.
Failures & Embarrassments
He has never been big enough to wrestle competetively, and has lost some matches spectacularly. He has taken this and his small stature to heart, fostering a deep sense of inadequacy in the man that the boy became.
