Primordial

The first known sapient species to exist on Undinia, said to have been created by the true gods at the cradle of magic. Primordials have mostly been lost to history, being mostly wiped out during the first crisis, though the survivors decedents and their magic do still exist in a few races and the Touched.  

Subraces

There were six confirmed species with the distinct cultures.  

Air

From what can be gleamed, air primordial were a pale blue humanoids with white hair. Gifted in magic, they seemed to encourage magical study often building towers. A group were said to survive by fleeing east giving rise to the Vedalken.  

Dark

Dark, almost black skinned and haired humanoids, dark primordials were said to have horns. A heavily industrious group, they were said to be far more advanced then current races. Said to have been tricked by The Shadow King and pulled into the Lower rings. It is thought only the nobility survived resulting in the Tieflings  

Earth

Broad, heavier set humanoids with earthy skin shades and thick brown or black hair and beards. These beings seemed to be a more community based, with stories of great crafts, one story saying they created the first wild dragons. A group of survivors were said to hide within the dragon teeth mountains leading to Dwarfs and Giantkin.  

Fire

A nomadic group of humans, they were depicted at red skinned with fiery hair. Despite their nomadic lifestyle they were gifted at metal working, able to utilize the eternal flame. The species were said to be wiped out but it's culture is said to live in the Forsaken ones to a degree.  

Light

A group of winged humanoids, very little is known about this group other then the fact they were wiped out during the first Crisis.  

Water

Blue and Green scaled humanoids with various coloured hair. Said to have wonderlust and a call of the sea they formed tight knit crews. Survivors were said to either pull others to the Sanctuary evolving into the Elvan races, or dived down to the depths creating the Serpantines.
