Touched

Touched are beings connected to the Primordial elements of Undinia, once thought to be touched by gods in times in need, it was proven more to be those either connected to certain primordial gods or those born in the presence of high primordial energies. Such beings are held in high esteem in nearly every culture, with the certain groups holding certain types in higher regard.  

Effects

While most effects vary depending on the type of touched, some effects are universal. Every touched seems to live a fifth longer then expected for their race, slowing there aging by the same amount. Every touched also has a high affinity to their elemental type.  

Air touched

One of the rarer types, air touched are normally lighter then their parent race, with a more blue hued skin and lighter hair shades, most having white. Most air mages also tend have an affinity for magic, or at least a keener mind then normal for their race.  

Earth touched

Earth touched are a more varied group, often being being broader and stronger then the parent race, they are more complacent, happier to settle down early. Often having darker skin and hair then their parent race, many think some of the Giantkin are actually earth touched, though this has been disproven several time. Dwarfs hold these touch in special regard. Others do seem to gain crystalline growths or patterns.  

Fire touched

One of the more unstable touched, fire touched tend to have warmer skin tones and eye colour, with auburn, or more fiery hair. Some also have have actual fire for hair. They also are more accepted by the Burning Forest groups then other groups of people.  

Light touched

Also known as divine touched, many light-touched look like a more 'perfect' version of their race with lighter skin and hair, with a slight glow to them depending on emotions though some can control it. They also tend to have unusual eyes. the Akoomite kingdoms view these touched with near reverence.  

Water-touched

The most common touched type, water touched have a green and blue hued features then their parent race, they also tend to develop amphibious features. Water touched also tend to suffer wanderlust and going of traveling. The Gem sea often hold these in high regard.  

Shadow Touched

While no shadow touched have ever been recorded, their existence is theorized after the Crisis of the Fey age due to the discovery of shadow primordial. Many theories have come about due to the absence of this group including the shadow Elves being shadow touched and the shadow primordial still existing causing the lack of.
